As the circumstances that we are living in are exceptional and changing, this year’s ICS has been conceived as a HYBRID EVENT. Live sessions with delegates and speakers in person simultaneously with those attending online.
We will remain flexible to re-adapt or compensate any of the sponsorship benefits that could not be met in the event of Madrid being under restrictive measures of mobility and / or meetings on December 1 and 2.

SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS

To compensate for any benefit that cannot be properly implemented this year, we will have a virtual platform with a specific SPONSORS module where each brand will be able to display the commercial information of its company (images, video, texts). This platform will remain open for a period of 3 months after the event, thus, becoming an advertising and communication tool.

• Free full delegate registration exclusively for representatives of the brand including invitations to attend the private receptions reserved exclusively for sponsors and speakers: Welcome Cocktail & Cocktail dinner & party.
