Managing Director & Founder Century Travel Group Daniel has played an integral part in the cruise industry. Dating back to the early 1990’s when he was one of the pioneers in developing the cruise market in the UK. A catalogue of firsts including, setting up the first cruise consolidation in the UK, the first cruise only retail shop in London, in 1997 he launched the UK’s first independent online bookable cruise website, and he was the first travel agent to re-package cruise which is now a standard in the industry. Daniel is a veteran of the Cruise industry. He is highly respected amongst industry leaders and recognized for his integrity and professionalism. His creative marketing has shown great success in old and new markets. In 2008 Daniel sold his UK businesses and set up the Century Travel Group, based in Cyprus the group has retail, tour operating and cruise line representation divisions with a distribution network for B2B and B2C in Cyprus and throughout the Middle East and GCC. Daniel specialises in the Middle East markets and in his capacity as a management consultant provides sales strategy and distribution guidance to cruise lines and travel companies. In 2021, Daniel was solely responsible for providing Cruise Saudi with their sales strategy and distribution of the MSC Bellissima and Scenic Eclipse, both homeporting in Jeddah and targeting the domestic markets.
