With a highly personalized approach to customer relationship management. Janet joined the AmaWaterways family as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer in late 2018. In her current role, she is responsible for strategic and tactical marketing areas, placing a special focus on working with the company’s travel partners and developing a best in class approach to guest communications and commercial practices.
In her first years with AmaWaterways, Janet spearheaded a major multi-platform TV advertising campaign, partnering with NBC to launch AmaWaterways’ first-ever national consumer brand awareness campaign with the creation of customized content integrated into syndicated network programming and digital platforms. A strong believer in the importance of people, processes and technology working hand in hand, she quickly led a cross-disciplinary team in pivoting communications and evolving into the virtual space and now a hybrid environment. Inspiring global travelers to river cruise as well as addressing the changing needs of advisors with brand-new marketing and sales tools, she ensured their preparedness for a post-Covid world.
