Senior Director Business Development Europe Norwegian Cruise Line Jürgen Stille has been with Norwegian Cruise Line since 2006 taking the role of Senior Director Business Development Europe in January 2017. In this role he is responsible for all sales activities of the NCL brand in more than 50 countries. In the last 16 years he and his team developed NCL from a pure niche cruise line in some markets to a well-known brand across Europe. Prior to joining NCL, Juergen was with AIDA Cruises for 5 years, responsible for Ground Handling, Flight- and Hotel contracting as well as for Customer Services. Previous to this he held several positions in Marketing & Sales at Lufthansa German Airlines, Jet Reisen and Club Med. Born in Hamburg, he is now based in Frankfurt with his wife and two daughters who share his passion for travel.
