Manager Destination Experiences Silversea Cruises Currently responsible for shore excursion product development and operation in the Northern European ports, including the Baltic region. Within her role at Silversea, she is focusing on making sure luxury cruise guests have memorable and seamless experiences ashore. She is also interested in new ports and destinations that could be included in future Silversea itineraries. Susanna is very passionate about the cruise industry, having worked onboard Cunard vessels for over a decade, she joined Silversea headoffice in Monaco in 2019, since then she had the pleasure of being part of various projects within the destination experiences department. Susanna loves travelling and being part of the cruise industry family, she speaks 5 European languages, has a deep knowledge of worldwide cruise destinations, having completed 12 world voyages among others. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Tourism Management and a Master Degree in Business Administration.
