Abdulrahman Saad Abdulrahman Al Baker, who obtained a Bachelor's degree in Port, Transport, and Shipping Management from the International Maritime College Oman in 2016, currently serves as Cruise Terminal Manager, Mwani Qatar.

He has extensive experience in port management and operations and overseeing maritime operations. He began his career as an Operations Supervisor at Mwani Qatar from 2016 to 2022, before assuming leadership of Doha Port in 2022.
He has contributed significantly to numerous development projects, most notably overseeing the operation of floating hotels during the 2022 World Cup and participating in the opening and operation of Hamad Port.
He possesses strong leadership skills in strategic planning, project management, and port operations in accordance with international best practices. He has also participated in several specialized training courses in maritime management and operations.
