
Ana Lourenço is the Director of Maritime Tourism at the Port of Lisbon, where she has worked since 2005.
She oversees both cruise operations and the management of the port’s marinas, leading strategic initiatives to enhance Lisbon’s position as a premier maritime tourism destination. Ana holds a degree in Literature from the University of Lisbon and a postgraduate qualification in Maritime Transport and Port Management, combining a strong cultural background with technical expertise in port operations.
In addition to her role in Lisbon, Ana serves as Chair of the Sustainability Committee of Cruise Europe, where she promotes environmental and social responsibility across the cruise industry, fostering collaboration among ports and stakeholders to drive a more sustainable future for maritime tourism.
