His role involves also designing S.A.L.T. multi-day land programs, and immersive experiences into local festivals, that captivate discerning travelers seeking the epitome of luxury and authenticity.

Andrea brings 2 decades of expertise in the luxury hospitality and travel industries. Prior to his current role, he spent six years managing Destination Experiences at Silversea. His background also includes extensive experience in the luxury hospitality sector across Paris and Monte Carlo, where he developed a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for refined service and culinary excellence, and few years of on board Costa Cruises as Shorex Manager.
