Carolina Toledo
Deputy Director of Tourism Promotion Community of Madrid

Carolina Toledo Martinez de Galinsoga, born in Madrid, has a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (San Pablo CEU University) and has been an official since 1989 in the Corps of Superior Technicians of the General Administration of the Community of Madrid.

Since joining the Madrid Public Service, she has developed her professional career in different management positions in commerce, industry, tourism, control and auditing of community funds, as well as providing technical advice to Vice-Ministers.
She is currently Deputy Director of Tourism Promotion in the General Directorate of Tourism of the Community of Madrid, being responsible for the network of tourist offices of the Community of Madrid as well as the planning and management of national and international advertising campaigns for tourism promotion in the region, sponsorships that allow the promotion of the Community of Madrid tourist destination, the development of agreements with business associations for the development of actions and projects for the development of the Madrid tourism sector as well as the development of various promotional actions in the region (attendance at fairs, organisation of fam and press trips, co-marketing actions etc).
She has also participated in various courses and seminars and has collaborated in the preparation of IMAP Research publications such as the Book on Public Law of the Community of Madrid.
