With more than 14 years at Intercruises Shoreside & Port Operations, Deborah has held a variety of leadership roles. She began by leading the Hotel Operations Team in Barcelona, managing Pre & Post Programs, before expanding her scope to oversee Shore Excursions, Product Development and Turnaround Operations across the West Mediterranean.
