Elizabeth Moreau is the Business & Cruises Development Director for the Port of Baie-Comeau in Québec, a welcoming stop on the Canada–New England cruise itinerary, Over the past two years, she has spearheaded a complete rebranding of the destination and introduced new services and amenities to elevate the guest experience, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed from the moment they arrive.

With an MBA and a background in project management, Elizabeth began her career in process improvement and service development. Passionate about travel—having been a cruiser herself since the age of eight—she brought her expertise to Quebec’s North Shore to support regional development and showcase Baie-Comeau as a vibrant hub for international visitors. Today, she works to strengthen partnerships and promote the port and its region both locally and abroad, with the goal of creating exceptional experiences for every guest.
