Lynn’s career spans most sectors of the travel industry including retail, tour operating, airlines and cruise. Following a number of years in a Managing Director role for Carnival Cruise Lines, Holland America Line and Seabourn, in November 2022, Lynn was promoted to Vice President UK & EMEA for Seabourn.

As well as collaborating with sister brands and sitting on the CLIA Executive Committee, Lynn conscribes to the concept of “giving something back”, using her business connections to help charitable causes. She has mentored many young people and lectured at universities, sharing her passion for the cruise and travel industry.
Lynn is married with two adult daughters.  She and her husband Paul live on the Isle of Wight where they have recently become involved in fundraising for a historic local theatre.
