Malvina Vonta is the Chief Commercial Officer at Variety Cruises, leading the global Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, and Itinerary Planning functions.

Since joining Variety in 2012, she has spearheaded initiatives that strengthened customer loyalty and expanded the brand’s destination map with new itineraries—from Sicily to wine-themed and eclipse cruises, as well as several off-the-beaten-path programs in Greece, the Mediterranean, and beyond. Under her leadership, direct consumer sales and repeat guest levels have reached record highs, reinforcing Variety’s position in small-ship cruising worldwide. Recognized as one of the “Top 22 Women Leading in Travel & Hospitality Worldwide”, Malvina brings deep passion for travel and developing global partnerships that unlock new revenue opportunities. Malvina was born in Athens, Greece, holds a BA in Economics and International Studies from the University of Piraeus, and pursued postgraduate studies at ALBA Graduate Business School.
