I have always been passionate about the tourism industry and have shaped my education with the goal of promoting my beloved French region, Normandy.
I began my career at the Tourist Office of Caen, the medieval and thousand-year-old port city of William the Conqueror. There, I held several roles: first as Responsible for Sales and Quality in the Visitor Services Department, and later as Responsible for the Tours and Heritage Department. In 2016, I took on responsibility for cruise development and became the director of our local cruise club, which brings together all the key stakeholders in the port and tourism sectors.
Caen-Ouistreham is a small boutique cruise port in western France that welcomes luxury and expedition ships to the heart of Normandy, set along the historic Caen canal. My role is to promote this emerging cruise destination, highlighting its brand-new city-center cruise quay and the unique shore excursion experiences available in Caen and at nearby iconic sites such as the D-Day landing beaches, Mont Saint-Michel, and the picturesque hinterland villages. As we welcome prestigious ships and discerning guests, our second mission is to build an optimal, personalized welcome experience that ensures lasting memories for every call.
