Virginia is a cruise industry expert and has held director and board level roles since 2005.

Virginia leads Intercruises global business development, working with all cruise lines and key destinations around the world to support the sustainable development of the cruise industry and ensure the best possible experience for guests while ashore. This includes key partnerships focusing on product development, such as Intercruises’ collaboration with National Geographic Expeditions, and developing projects on the latest ground handling technology, including platforms for transportation scheduling, sustainability management and shore excursion distribution. Prior to her current role, Virginia oversaw Intercruises operations for the Mediterranean region, leading a team that handled thousands of port calls every year, to support millions of cruise guests during turnarounds and shore excursions.
