Jack has over seven years’ experience working in the itinerary planning area of Carnival UK.
Currently serving as Senior Manager, Itinerary and Destination Planning at Carnival UK, Jack is responsible for the successful delivery of itineraries for P&O Cruises and Cunard. His role is accountable for; itinerary development, including identifying new destinations, managing the port booking process for the two brands prior to launch as well as once itineraries are on sale, and maintaining close relationships with local port authorities, destinations and port agents. In addition, he works closely with shoreside and onboard teams to optimise the guest experience and resolve operational challenges in ports worldwide. Prior to joining Carnival UK in 2017, Jack was a Deck Officer with Maersk Line, graduating from their Deck Cadet programme.
