Born in Naples in 1967, Leonardo Massa graduated from Federico II in Economics and Commerce and attended an MBA master's degree at Bocconi University in Milan.
After having gained over 10 years of experience in companies in the tourism industry, including Fratelli Cosulich of Trieste, in April 2005 Massa joined MSC Crociere, initially holding the position of Commercial Manager and, later, that of Commercial Director Italy. In 2013 he was appointed Country Manager Italy of MSC Crociere and, since 2019, Managing Director Italy. Since 2023 he has also been CEO of Explora Journeys for our country. A former Olympic rowing athlete, he is a great travel enthusiast. In 2024 he became the new Vice President Southern Europe of MSC Group Cruise Division.
