Lotfi obtained a Hospitality Management degree in 2002 and started off working in Hotels.
He joined Royal Caribbean International in 2009, and sailed globally for over 6 years on a variety of ships, while serving as a Guest Services Manager. Lotfi joined the Royal Caribbean Group UK offices in 2015, to oversee the port services functions. Lotfi has since been able to increase his responsibilities and is now managing RCG Port Services in the EMEA & Oceania regions. Part of his job is to work and maintain a close relationship with the local port authorities and government agencies, vendor selection,  as well as working with the various RCG office & shipboard employees. Lotfi also holds a PFSO Certificate and often participates in Ports & Destinations summits.
