Tine Oelmann is the Special Project Coordinator for the new Cruise Center Hafencity with Cruise Gate Hamburg.
Tine has worked in the shipping business for more than 30 years and has a diverse background. Her career began with ferry lines, but evolved into the cruise industry when she joined the German premium cruise line, Peter Deilmann, working in sales and shore excursions.
After 10 years, she again expanded her experience by joining Satori & Berger, one of Germany’s leading port agencies. Serving as Manager of Ground Handling & Shore Excursions, she was able to develop and expand their business continuously supporting nearly all the cruise lines calling in Germany. In April 2008, she joined the start-up team for TUI Cruises which gave her the opportunity to fulfill multiple positions including roles in Port Operations, Ground Operations & Shore Excursions. After 15 years, she departed her role as Director of Destination Management & Operations with TUI Cruises to explore new opportunities.
With her new role at Cruise Gate Hamburg on the port and terminal side, Tine will fulfill her 360° view of the cruise industry.
