Vianney is a graduate engineer in hydrodynamics and project management from Ecole Centrale de Nantes.
He acted as Senior Naval architect for Chantiers de l’Atlantique, where he leaded development of cruise projects for major cruise lines.
He was instrumental in the development of sail propulsion technologies and developed the Solidsails Concept and the Silenseas projects,
Vianney founded is consulting company WIND, where he acted as CEO and senior advisor with a core activity in improving vessels energy efficiency.
He joined Orient express Silenseas as COO in March 2023 to manage the operations of the company with its new sailing yachts.
