Mark Robinson originally from St Annes on Sea in the United Kingdom and currently resides in Barcelona Spain for the past 20 years has a vast knowledge of the cruise, port and travel industries globally.
In total Mark has over 37 year’s experience in the cruise and leisure sectors, working and living in various overseas countries in various senior executive and leadership roles.
Mark is now the CEO/Owner of ICTC which is consultancy firm that he set up in 2017 which has  a primary focus of helping ports, cruise lines and tourist organisations on strategic planning, training and too identify business growth opportunities so to establish themselves and benefit in the ever-growing cruise and leisure industry.
Until September this year Mark was the Senior Vice President for Scenic Luxury Cruises and Tours and was responsible for their fleet of 22 river ships and 4 luxury ocean expedition and yachts.
Prior to this he was previously the Chief Commercial & Operations Officer for Cruise Saudi based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and previously was the Chief Commercial Officer at Global Port Holdings the world’s largest cruise port operator.
In 2003 Mark was the founder and creator of Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services a brand now within the TUI Group which he led from its inception as a one port operator into the world's largest cruise port and handling company, Mark held the role of CEO and at the latter was named Chairman at Intercruises where he spent for 14 years.
Mark has a vast knowledge of the cruise industry and was also named and honoured to be the Executive Chairman of the CLIA Associate Members Scheme for 3 years. He has been an active speaker and moderator at various cruise industry and tourism events globally and is a well-recognised professional within the cruise industry.  Mark has attended numerous leadership and tourism courses in during his career at the TUI Travel Group and successfully completed a senior leadership executive program at the Insead Fontainebleau Business School in Paris and has participated in various executive leadership programs with the Kornferry organization during his vast career in the cruise and leisure industry.
